So track and field has been going on since January. I love it! I really do enjoy running, it is a great way to relieve stress and it helps me sleep better at night. But because of Ramadan, I am going to have to take a month break. Running when you are fasting can be difficult, for me not so much of the lack of food, but more so the lack of water. If I were to run in the mornings, I would be fine, but the hot California spring gets very unbearable. Instead I will still find time in the day to work out, but instead just less intensity.
