This is a team a bunch of people had hope for coming to the season with the recent pickup of D'angelo Russel and with the recent number 1 pick in the 2020 draft I believed this team would come in and be compeition. The Timberwolves currently have 3 players on their team averaging above 20pts per game and not to mention rookie anthony edwards averaging 18pts per game and that still isn't enough to get them 20 wins. Defense is the main problem with tons of teams in todays NBA and that's arguably the biggest issue with the timberwolves rank second to dead last in defense and their also dead last in offensive categories. Now this team has many many many problems and you may be wondering how is a team with 3 20+ppg players dead last in offense? First thing is the coaching area there has been so many Questionable coaching decisions to this point include playcalling, rotations, and timeouts. Their recently fired coach Ryan Saunders had the team in scheme that doesn't even fit their playstyle at all!! Now the team is completely stuck thinking hard on their next decision because after just rebuilding and getting the number 1 pick they still suck. Now they have recently sold the team and fired the headcoach their desperately looking for ways to improve starting with the office area which could be a great place to start.
