I have had a very eventful month I've started basketball again, fixed my grades, ate a lot of tacos, and read a lot of books. My cousin dart is in town right now and last night we couldn't stop laughing. We spent the whole time joking around and playing video games like we used to when he lived out here. My older cousin also hung out with us for a little while. She brought her dog Sosa and he ran around my granny's house driving her crazy, I think she forgets he's just a puppy sometimes.

Right now I'm saving up for a MacBook and I have reached the amount needed for the purchase. That means I can finally start saving up for a car. Another positive, I am almost back to my standards academically for the first time since my concussion. I have 1 A, 2 B's, and 2 C's. Not great but better, honestly that's my only news since the last post

Today's Corny Joke🌽: Why did the tomato turn red?

I started basketball on Monday and was not prepared. I'm out of shape, I can't dribble and I'm being outshone by my teammates. I know I'm a better player than this I just can't do what I could before. My goal for the rest of the season is to rank up as much as I can moving up team to team and to put on more weight. the more weight I add the taller I get and if I get taller I get more playing time. Other than sports I'm slowly but steadily getting back on track with grades after all time I missed.

This week has been very chaotic. On the side I have been pursuing photography. The past two and a half weeks I have been working for Leshawn Holcomb with Griot Theater Company. This week the show (August Wilson's Half a Century) started. Last night I photographed the performances before the show the show itself and the actors involved. This took a lot of energy and quite frankly was exhausting but I did it. At the same time basketball is starting and I need to figure out what's going on with that, because my work schedule isn't very fitting for basketball.
